This deck is 100% jokes. Aiming for a casual deck "mad artificer" feel here, I'm using a ton of silly stuff that I've always wanted to use.
Your mana base is Urzatron, the best mana base. Vesuva makes it better, it's more tron! Expedition map gets tron! That makes this 12+4+4 = TWENTYTRON!
Uh... All the win conditions are in the sideboard. You play first game just hoping to get the Lux Cannons online, your opponent will probably scoop if you do that, right? New metagame: no win condition troll deck
but you'll probably just lose before anything happens.
Second game you use your strategically illegally oversized sideboard to grab a bunch of random bull shit that you shove into your deck.

Expedition map helps us get tron online and lets us keep sketchy hands. Remember, 3 land = 7 mana!
This deck basically wants to get this combo onto the field
WOMBO COMBO:
1. voltaic key
2. rings of bright hearth
3. prototype portal, imprinting lotus bloom
4. a. tap portal for 0 mana, pay rings -2 mana
4. b. sac two lotuses oh my +6 mana
4. c. tap voltaic key -1 mana, pay rings -2 mana, untap key and portal
5. repeat 4.
6. you now have infinite mana, a rings of brighthearth and a voltaic key. This is the artificer's apotheosis.
"Win" Conditions:
LUX CANNONS! You don't "win" but you sure do blow a lot of stuff up.
Put something in a prototype portal, make a bunch of them, see what happens.
Or maybe this is where Trading Post comes in? A Trading Post with infinite mana and infinite untapping is great fun! Artifacts so stronk~
Draw your deck! Gain life! Make Goats! Shenanigans! And with this combo engine, you're getting colored mana! So that means...
Door to Nothingness! And if you have Orrery on the field you could use Trading Post to get the Door back, so you could show EVERYONE the Door! Put every player's loss on the stack! Queue maniacal laughter.
Or maybe you like Goat of Arms! "I have 1,000,000 1,000,000/1,000,000's, I pass my turn"
SNAKES! Are a actually really reasonable win condition compared to most of this nonsense!
Or you can just be a dick, Lux Cannon everything, gain life, make goats and pass turns, using elixir of immortality when you need to recur cards.
That's right: Trading Post and Elixir of Immortality are win conditions.
And if it's too inconsistent, more draw? Bottled Cloister is a one sided Howling Mine that works with Null Brooch, so why not put on a nice Grafted Skullcap and finally use those Sundials Of The Infinite? Sundial yea! POWER!
More draw = better? Right?
