Zombies and the changelings that love them. Pretty straightforward: get as many Reapers, Barons, and changelings out as you can, along with Coat of Arms (which gives your changelings +n-1/+n-1, where n is the total number of creatures in play). Use the Terramorphics, Tarn, Panorama, and Jhessian Zombies to thin your deck and get to what you need, the Grim Discoveries to get stuff back from your graveyard and play it again. Hideous End is great for removing key opposing creatures and dealing a little damage. Make as many counters as you can with the Reapers and Lich Lords. Quick kills can be had with the Lich Lords once a lot of zombies are on the field, or with Shadow Sliver (gives all changelings shadow). The Archdemon, Thraximundar, and Lim-Dul can turn the tide late-game (pay the Archdemon's upkeep with something you've removed all creature types from with Amoebic Changeling).
