you have to finish your side board as it has to have 15 cards no more and no less it is either 15 or 0 for a sideboard

only thing you need to work on is your sideboard. besides that it is good ^_^. fairly brutal if i do say so myself.
oh try 4 silence and pithing needle in your side board, 4 silence, 3 pithing needles! just an idea.
Take away the wildfield borderposts, no point for them just add more land, i have a soldier deck and i run conquerors pledges and captains you should look into coat of arms, that is a great finishing card cause it will boost your guys by at least +5/+5 if you played conq pledge, the emeria sky ruins arnt really that good unless your gonna run more creature maybe sideboard them
well you may run into trouble trying to go up against a fast red deck, the lack of cheaper creatures is a problem. for my soldier deck i use akrasan squires( a 1/1 for one white mana and have exalted) or a veretan armorsmith which is a great soldier( 2/3 for 2 white mana that gives other soldiers you control +0/+1). but i like the fact that there arent many creatures, try some raise the alarms too
