my own version of black devotion. so far un-played so im looking to test it at fnm.
I love a bit of hand attack and so not being able to afford thought sieze or mutavaults I decided to go with drainpipe rats. they act as a discard and pack rat pump. sticking with the discard brain maggot come in early to further strip a players hand. usually aiming for removal or mass removal. life bane zombie strips further against white and green and let you peak at the hand. duress in sideboard mainly for control decks. byt turn 4 or 5 hopefully you have made there hand weak enough for desecration and grey merchant.having trouble with the whips. I want to put them I main but don't want to sacrifice kill spells forcing the mana curve up

With only 8.1% of the deck being green I would suggest dropping the golgari guildgates. With the shock lands and scry lands all you are doing is slowing the mana base down for no reason. I would suggest running Nykthos in it's place.
