a vigilance themed deck. Use the cards that dont let monsters untap and completely freeze the opponents attacks while u r free to attack and block all u want. if played right this deck can absolutely kill, get out meekstone and static orb and the game is yours.

Presence of Gond and Presence of Fire would be great. Also Furystoke Giant would help you use all those untapped creatures. Also, cards that give all your creatures defense buffs would be nice considering you will be blocking a lot more. A very interesting deck. Please check out and comment on my deck "Maelstrom Beatdown"
I don't think Skyhunter Prowler is worth the three mana, and the green mana you have in here is a waste if all you're going to do with it is play Steward of Valeron and Prismatic Omen. Some good replacements might be Serra Avenger, Court Hussar, Diving Griffin/Tempest Drake, Riptide Crab, and maybe Akroma, Angel of Wrath for the icing on the cake. To really lock down your opponent's creatures, you could use cards such as Icy Manipulator/Goldmeadow Harrier in combination with the Stoic Angels you have. Twiddle would also allow you to tap your opponent's cards or untap your own if you need to, and I'm not sure, but it seems like Palliation Accord, Opposition, and Curse of Chains might be a good fit as well.
