Doom Patrol: value cards in modern grinding a weenie agro win.Rakdos has some fantastic value options:-Confidant is right at home here. Low curve, extra 2 lands (cycling off), not much bleeding, which is further balanced by Shadowspear.-Dreadhorde Arcanist has 17 natural targets and an extra 2 off of Shadowspear. -Skelemental- essentially guaranteed retention of material in this build, as you've got 8 discard outlets to drop turn 1 and 2 to get rid of pesky removal. If it lands, it puts you at +1 card with killer damage at relative tempo. Add Shadowspear and you've got 7 life on top to help balance out the bleeding.-Ragavan speaks for itself.-8 mainboarded discard 1-drops is an almost guarantee of a turn 1 disrupt that protects your also basically inevitable 2-drop value critter.-Kroxa does his thing.
