I would recommend replacing the playset of tideshaper mystic for the playset of lord of Atlantis. That would add a lot more power to the deck.

Good suggestion. However, it is meant to be a merfolk deck that costs less than $70.
Are you going by low or mid prices? If you are going by low prices then it will clock in at about 68 dollars
Mid price is the more accurate one to go by. It's the average cost (not foils and mint condition)
