get blood chief up to 3 quest counters and at that point if you have MindCrank on the field any life lost by an opponent will cause them to mill, that is when blood chiefs ability kick is dealing 2 damage for each card milled in return MindCrank then mills for each damage dealt by bloodchiefs, the bonus is bloodchiefs says you may so at anytime u can choose not to deal damage and stop the cycle
