So Dimir delver works like this, we use a lot of kill spells and card filtering to help us dig to a delver and our finishers.

I think this would be fine after a couple of tweaks. I would just play 4 Delver, 4 Sedgemoor Witch and 2-3 Demilich.Then I would load up on the control package. Things like Poison the Cup and Infernal Grasp are excellent removal spells. Even Power Word Kill is pretty good since there aren't to many things it doesn't kill at the moment.
