He should use black cat but feast is very good it reloads your opponents hand so you can keep triggering Waste Not
Yeah and finding room for the cat probably trade duress for the cat once rotation hits
I've play tested several waste not builds with proxies and the only problem with black cat is that it's easily avoided. It would be better if you could ping it for little or no mana. I am now using Feast because of the very reason thug said.
