I have only been playing MTG a few months. I have done a couple drafts and built 2 other decks for Standard/Modern. This is my first attempt at an EDH/Commander. My deck does not have a specific theme . I am also trying to use cards I have or can trade for among people I play with. Sideboard=cards I had in there and replaced recently with a stronger and or less cost card.I am going to try and play it this week with a "casual" EDH group near me.Are my ratio's of Creature/Instants/Enchantments OK? Again I am new so don't really know....

Thanks! I saw the 2 battle mastery too, just had not figured out what was missing. I fixed it now (Erase)I am a little concerned I don't have enough land. My friends I play with have a gentlemans rule about not attacking lands. If I am playing others who do will I need more lands?

So.... I played this deck last night against my sons Memnarch deck which I had beat before and an Esper deck (forget who the commander was) and had no issues and won easily. Toward the end of the match a kid came up and wanted in the next round to make a group of 4.Lets just say he had many cards that cost more than my whole deck. He took us all out with only milling and never had to swing.
Cards like witchbane orb could help against that.

Do you go to a store in normandy park wa? The miling kid sounds like me. My mill deck is not fun to play agenst and shud not be used to test decks. Sorry

I usually play at Shane's in Renton, WA or we play at a friends once a month. After the last 4 hour 3v3 match i'm curious to see what decks show up next month :) memnarch/dromar/izzet vs goblins, dragons, and crazy ass green/blk/red deck... we won with 7 life to spare! Some of the stacks were ridiculous, I am pretty sure if the other team heard "counter" one more time they were going to punch someone LOL
