I wanted to build a deck full of large, powerful creatures with lots of draw and lots of mana ramp.
I try to get some mana ramp going with skyshroud ranger, and with elvish piper you can get a 16/16 Impervious greatworm AND 12/12 Ghalta on turn 4. there is a lot of mana ramp and draw in this deck to keep the big creatures coming out turn after turn. Rishkar's expertise is a favorite of mine.Garruk, garruk's horde, garruk's packleader, primordial sage, Soul of the harvest, lifecrafter's bestiary, triumph of ferocity, and colossal majesty all provide draw.
