yeah i had to drop the ohran vipers. it is not as bad a loss as i thought. edric, spymaster of trest is bonkers for the deck. :)

You think Blue has a chance at some Stompy action in M12? I put together a deck and it seems pretty stompy with a control subtheme... or supertheme. I'm not sure, but from what I can tell you're the expert on the deck type. Let me know what you think.

it is true that blue can not be stompy. i do understand the confusion though. a few of the new blue creatures in m12, especially the illusions, are stompy-like. the bear is a 2/2 for 1 for example.
The deck doesn't really /need/ them, but Favor of the Overbeing could be nice, and Jhessian Infiltrator combos well with Edric.
Funny you would say that about the Infiltrator. Our buddy's BUG unblockable Rogue tribal uses those dudes with Edric...It's nuts...
infiltrator T2, Edric T3 means drawing cards all game long. :-)

Lawl, arguably best deck name I've seen. And ever since I read about the tribal wars format (ty to surewhynot for the info on that) my groups been talking about it and my buddy was just telling me about a snake idea he had.

Oh he already had his idea constructed, snakes should probably be banned just because of the kamigawa block.
I am that buddy, I started with Coiling Oracle and Winged Coatl, then I saw Lorescale Coatl and knew thats what I was building. What are your thoughts on running Brainstorm, not only because it is a great card in most decks, but it pumps Lorescale in the meantime.
brainstorm is like a permanent giant growth for lorescale coatl and it provides powerful card advantage. it would be a great card to use. :)
