I wanted to keep the tempo up (since it's a vial deck) and in doing so I depended on limiting the bodies to (2) and (3) CMC.

I would look into centering this deck around Megrim and drudge skeletons, and 4 of the hypnotic spectre. I think it would be useful to lower the mana curve a bit and only focus on one or two high-mana bombs.
Curse of chains is just like narcolepsy but is (1)(U/W) so it's easier to play in this deck.
Open to ideas for a solid sideboard to protect against colors and artifacts.
I kind of find myself questioning the capacity of getting reliable 1-drops into play with this deck. Other than that, It's an interesting enough deck. I don't like Jayemdae Tome, and per the comments and rating on gatherer, I think that's a common concensus.
