for lands you want 21 - 23 and for sure you need 4 Overgrown Tombs and 4 Golgari Gate so you don't get screwed early on with "dead hand' due to lack of black/green mana

yea 4 for the ooze and the shaman and 3 for the salvage cause again your agro you want more creatures so we use this more as draw power and fuel for the shaman and ooze with the mill of 4 then the card itself allowing you to peck for life or heal depending as to which you need at that moment.

playing with the graveyard is very doable for agro cards like Deathrite shaman and Scavenging ooze are great for that then combined with grisly Salvage can make them really useful

yea that's something we need to figure out first before we can build this deck cause right now this is just a mix of agro and control

for starters we should start off with how you like to play do you want to have a deck that will control then use a couple big creatures to win or do you like the idea of agro meaning fast creatures hit fast kill fast

I agree ghost council is almost a must cause it can be a win condition as well as survival

Its weird seeing a control deck without having plansewalkers maybe add Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver, Gideon, Champion of Justice, Jace, Architect of Thought all for some extra control and made into an added threat so your creatures get to go unharmed for the win. Just suggestions

then what about volcanic fallout? its an early turn spell that could easily get to you if your not carefull I know I keep that in my sideboard for issues like faeries but it would hurt this deck a lot as well

Stony Silence is a pain to deal with as well since it affects our citadel and mana abilities making it hard to counter since our only other source of white is glimmerpost (which you only having 2 makes it hurt even more) makes it almost impossible to cast tear. What would you guys suggest adding to make this threat easier to deal with.

im kinda confused as to why you use 4 mox opals you can only have one out on the field at any time due to it being legendary ( if you didn't know you can only have one legendary out with the same name otherwise they kill each other even if they are on opposite sides of the field) and with tezzerets ability to search it would be easy enough to find them when you needed one wouldn't there be another artifact more usefull to replace your extra opals?

for a kill card I would suggest steel hellkite since its an artifact creature with flying benefiting from your enchantments and it can clear the field fairly well with its abilities

diabolic tutor is a cheaper version of it but costs 2 more mana to cast for exact same effect but for best results demonic is the way to go

So what defense do you have for cards that are field wipes like Black Sun's Zenith; Day of Judgment; Gaze of Granite for it seams to me like everything rides on you swarming the field with a lot of low cost artifacts then kill with shear numbers combined into the cranial plating. and if that cant get through then tezzeret would finish off with final ability
