Small things. For Murder I'd sub in Victim of Night. You can use it a turn earlier, and I doubt you'll be running into many Vampire/Werewolf/Zombies in Legacy. Instead of Mind Rot, I think Hymn to Tourach is better. Also, why the Blood Tithe. If you're looking for small draining stuff thats a bit "techy" I'd look to Sorin's Thirst. Instead of Megrim use Liliana's Caress. Imagine Turn 1: Land -> Bloodchief Ascension Turn 2 Land -> Dark Rit -> Liliana's Caress -> Hymn to Tourach-> Go. Seems good.
Blood tithe is more for multilayer
Looks pretty solid; really I'd only say replace Murder with Smother: one less mana but kills most threats anyway. Unless you wanted to splash white, then a bunch of options become available. The first being Swords to Plowshares, or Path to Exile (combos with ankh, making it either exile and have them lose life, or free exile). But most importantly white opens up the option for Enlightened Tutor, which can tutor artifacts OR enchatments, both of which you need to make the combo work. Just a suggestion, but i'd suggest splashing white. Then add stuff like mox diamond, lotus petal, and dark ritual to let you play stuff without being hurt by ankh yourself.

Sorry about that man, lost my cool a bit. Now to buisness: I Seriously think Ghost Quarter has amazing synergy with the Ankh. Since you have Megrim, you might as well go ahead and throw in a Liliana's Caress For discard, I'd recommend Thoughtseize, and Despise (as well as duress) I have no idea why you're running Blistergrub. or Blood Tithe. or Disfigure for that matter.... If you want a discard deck, by all means, make a discard deck! Abyssal Nocturnus, Geth's Grimoire are both excellent additions to a discard deck. If you're intent on having back ramp (Dark Ritual etc.) for Exsanguinate, add Nirkana Revenant Avatar of Woe would be cool aswell, considering with all the discard, lots of stuff will be in the graves. Hope it helps :D
Also, replace Darksteel Ingot with leaden Myr :)
Blistergrub is mainly for multiplayer games and to have a creature that helps the bloodchief and crank and leaden myr will help also for the small amount of creatures
why in the world do you have Darksteel Ingot?
