Deck Description

This deck originally started as an equipment edh deck, however I didn't like how it interacted. It seemed to lack a theme. That's when I decided to utilize Roon more as the commander. I did a lot of research and eventually ended up here. Now I love this deck! It's a visual masterpiece! To me the creatures in it look like they fit together, and are a force to be reckoned with. I still wanted equipment cards to play a role so I tweeked the deck to allow for them.

Hope you guys enjoy!

How to Play

There are actually two ways to run this deck, however they both run off the same style.

1) Standard Roon:
The idea is to use blinking to abuse some really nasty "enter the battlefield" effects. Left unchecked this style can get out of control and your opponent won't know what to do.

2) Equipment Toolbox:
This style bases around abusing stoneforge mystic by blinking her to search your library for any equipments you may need. Her second ability and cards like "Brass squire" and "puresteel paladin" allow for some heavy equipments to ramp the field at little to no cost.

This all just relies on who your playing and what cards show up in your opening hand.

Deck discussion for Roon Equipment Edh

Hey man, what about Strionic Resonator? It would let you copy all those cool enter the battlefield effects, wouldn't it?
