Looks like Containment Priest should be in here (probably instead of the Cage or at least in the sideboard).Other than that it's a really risky move, if you are playing against another creature deck, you are probably toast. Your sideboard should cope with that, especially burn. Personally I would like to add an option that lets me replace dead cards with something more useful, for example the Tax/Rack engine, but that's just me. You probably don't have the time in Vintage for shenanigans like that.

What would be your recommendation against opposing creature decks?
Maybe Silver Knight? It would be very good against the most likely creature deck you will run into: Gobo-Burn.
