This deck is about stalling, and drawing. Bounce spells and effect to get annoyances off the board temporarily(or reset the hard work of opponents by getting rid of counters on permanents that have them)Counter spells and Time Stop to get rid of big threats before they hit the board.Clone, Phyrexian Metamorph, and rite of replication to copy useful creatures or artifacts that anypony controls and use them for yourself.Lots of card draw to quickly sift through your deck and find what you need with archmage ascension to allow card draw to become tutors. And a few ways to increase that pesky 7 card limit on your hoof size.Your big win conditions are:Stormtide leviathan to prevent most combat and get a consistant 8 damage to target opponent each turn.Kozilek for a big beater with some card draw and removal attached. Can also discard him to get anything that goes into your graveyard back into your deck.Phycosis Crawler and Sturmgeist for big creatures that get huge thanks to your outrageous card draw. Phycosis crawler is your prefered method since your card draw start to kill everypony.Collosus of Akros because who doesn't love a 20/20 indestructible beater.And all of the jace's have thier own way of helping end the game.Awesome Combos:Echo Mage (level 2+) + Time Stop + a Counter spell(or Venser if you want to keep time stop in your hoof) = Ending the turn but not exiling time stop. Cast time stop, copy it with echo mage, then counter(or bounce) the original.Contagion Engine + Anything with counters. Everflowing chalice not giving you enough mana? Proliferate it! Planeswalkers Start with too few loyalty to survive more than one turn? Proliferate it! Colossus of Akros to small at 20/20? Proliferate it! This card even combos with itself! Double the fun if you copy it with Phyrexian Metamorph.Kiega the tide star + Rite of replication: While the legend rule did get changed, this combo still give you an immense amount of control out of nowhere. Maybe ponies are leaving your kiega alone because they know if it dies, the will lose something precious. Just copy it five times and gain control of 5 different creature at once. No one will see it coming(unless they've played against you before)Arcanis + Immobilizing Ink: This is an absolutely outrageous combo. This combo might as well make Arcanis read "Pay 1 and Discard a card: Draw three cards." With Library of Leng, this gets even more out of control.Arcanis + Archmage Ascension + Beacon of Tomorrows(Or Time warp and either Elixir of immortality or Time warp and Tamiyo's emblem.): The most hated aspect of any blue deck. INFINITE TURNS!(Use caution, this can make your deck quite hated among your friends)

uhh does peel from reality do anything that cyclonic rift wouldn't? anyway you are right infinite turns would get you hated to death.

Peel from reality can allow me to bounce one of my creatures as well as one of the opponents, allowing me to reuse enter the battlefield abilities. However, echoing truth doesn't have much place in the deck when compared to cyclonic rift.
