Simple, but effective.
There are more effective cards you could use, but since the goal is to be cheap this deck is perfect

A great entry deck for someone interested in blue/artifacts.

You are correct white has little in the way of mana production, but it does have some.

Knight of the White Orchard

Don't sniff at the trigger, keeping pace with your enemy's mana can win you games : 3

All of what im about to say is my opinion, and if you wish to disagree i won't hold it against you, but this is my sincere attempt at improving this deck, so please read over what I have to say.

Your deck is missing three key zombies

Death Baron
Zombie Warchief
Soulless One

also adding a

Adaptive automaton

could also work. the idea behind any tribal deck is that by playing many of the same kind of creature they synergise and become stronger, therefore you should focus on adding zombies that buff other zombies or rely on zombies in some other way, while backing this with alot of small zombies that will soak up these synergies in the later part of a game and serve as defence in the early game.

As such, limit yourself to 10 utility spells (such as your army of the damned and victim of the night) and use 20 land, giving yourself 30 slots to fill completely with zombies.

With this in mind, keep an eye on the 'Mana Curve' stat of your deck, try to keep around 50% of your deck in the 1-2 mana area, with the next largest part being in the 3 mana section. this will improve your deck's drawing consistency and ensure your playing something every turn.

just be careful to remmember emrakul's wording on his protection does not work on abilties. You may already know this, but oblivion ring esq spells and creature abilties will penetrate it.

Agreed, piper doesn' work in this deck, but the 'piper doesn't work at all' hate isnt warrented. There are a multitude of ways to protect it, and in all honesty it only really needs 1 turn and the right card to ruin someone's day. It however will do badly on its own and needs to be in a deck full of protection, fatties, and other options like quicksilver amulet. it is a good card, it just needs a good deck to support it.

the cancer of this website is the kind of arguments you two are having, i.e not an argument at all and, more importantly, nothing about the deck in question.

Pulling this back on topic, if mana flexability is a problem you may want to consider looking the Vivid series of lands and Tendo's Ice Bridge. Both are fast ways to get multicolourled land for a few turns, and work extemely well with reflecting pool (as it bases it on the kind of mana a land could EVER produce, not whether it can now, so even if for example your tendo's was out of counters the reflecting pool could still use it to make any coloured mana)

I know this is a casual deck, but if your looking to improve it i would definately splash white. There are a multiple reasons for this, but i will list as few here:

Wall of Denial
Luminarch Ascension
Path to exile
Wrath of god

In my opinion, this opens up new ways to piss people off (An isochron scepter with path to exile anybody?) and adds in luminarch as another (and extremely powerful if left alone (or, with the counters from blue, impossible to get rid of)) win condition, and wrath of god can't be beaten on total board clearance if something goes wrong. Another card to consider is

Panoptic Mirror

As a more expensive (and slower) but more powerful version of isochron. A panoptic with a wrath of god attached will be an instant rage quit from many creature based deck-user

Okay, you've got a solid deck idea here, so here is my 2 cents. Stuff I might suggest may cost an arm or a leg so feel free to ignore me if your playing on a budget, and im assuming you play modern or casual, so again ignore me if im wrong.

Im liking the creatures you have here, but i believe there are better options. Getting an early 6/6 serra ascendant can be a win on its own so i would suggest you add some:

Rest for the Weary
and/or
Whitesun's Passage

Soul warden is a nice card if your enemy is playing a creature heavy deck but doesnt compliment your own deck very well as you arn't amazingly heavy on creatures. I would sideboard it and instead add some:

Divinity of Pride

Which works rather like a serra for more mana (and more damage) making the fast life gain from Rest and Whitesun more worth it.

Also, silence is a great card in the right deck, and so is honor of the pure, but this is not the right deck for either of them. What you deck does need however at this point is more control, so i would suggest:

Oblivion Ring
and/or
Path to Exile

With both of those, or even just one, you will be better able to deal with the nasties other decks will throw at you. As a side note, 4 of Ajani Goldmane would be handy as he is your strongest win condition, but he is expensive (both in mana and to obtain IRL).

Finally, and this is just a suggestion, as another win condition i would add:

Cradle of Vitality

This will let you turn your life into power for your creatures, and with boon reflection and a rest for the weary can work out to be something pretty stupid.

Annnnnd im done, hope you take atleast some of my suggestions onboard and, more importantly, help you win every time, cause lets face it, lifegain is crazy overpowered : P

Peace

you got the bare bones of a good deck here. I have a few suggestions to make it better but most of what i will suggest will be either very expensive and/or rare, so ignore my comment if you never intend to invest a stupid amount of money into this and play in tournaments to win it back. Otherwise...

I think is beneficial to play mono-white with a knight deck, due to these two awesome cards:

Armored Ascension
Strata Scythe

It also helps with your deck's drawing consistency and allows you to easily play those knights with high plains requirements. Running on the mono-white theme, i would suggest you add in any combination of the following cards:

Adaptive Automaton
Student of Warfare
Accorder Paladin
Oblivion Ring/Path to Exile
Knight of Meadowgrain
Emeria, the Sky Ruin
Ajani Goldmane

Take a look at all the options and decide whether you should swap to mono-white or stick with W/G, either can work, but im not familiar with green much so i cant help there ^^
