Yes I agree this is the most expensive standard deck this season, but does it work?

Just the odds of getting the right lands makes me say no. Yes, fetch lands help immensely, but for most of your cards you need two of the same mana or two different colors of mana, and having that is going to be very difficult. Also, the lack of removal is depressing.
I've gone ahead and removed all the basic lands, since they're not worth nearly enough to be included in this deck. I've replaced them with 4 mana confluences, so that should be enough. Sure, now the fetchlands have nothing to fetch, but think of how cool you'll look playing them all!
Why aren't you playing four of each... Oh wait... XD
