cabal stronghold(budget ver. for cabal coffers) and exsanguinate for splash damage and healing

Thought about both. My problem is that Stronghold only counts basic swamps, so you lose out on a lot more than expected. Exsanguinate was definitely a thought for inclusion, simply because it is so good.
