It doesn't look to bad aside from being 80 cards - the artifacts fix a lot of problems (Belbe's Portal might be a good idea), and playing Dragonstorm and along with some Rituals will make it all the better... If the deck is slow, what about playing stuff like Braids, Summoner Adept or Hypergenesis to sneak them out?
