With SHADOW ALLEY DENIZEN and BLOOD SEEKER you can poke the enemy till you get BLOODTHRONE VAMPIRE out with either PAWN OF ULAMOG or THATCHER REVOLT to give BLOODTHRONE the extra murder points. Any remaining mana is for draw.Sideboard: Remove SHADOW ALLEY DENIZEN as well as all red cards and mountains if playing against BLACK. If it's ARTIFACTS keep SHADOW ALLEY DENIZEN and don't put in DARK BETRAYAL.

Stromkirk captain would be a good replacement for Vampiric fury, one more mana but its effects are permanent. Vampire Nocturnus would also be a good idea with all of the black cards in here. Bloodline Keeper would also provide a lot of tokens for Bloodthrone Vampire as well as buffs for every other creature when transformed. Don't know if that will go over budget though.
