Deck Description

The idea is to stay alive until Phenax does his thing.

If you can keep him and a few walls out, it's over in a turn or two; especially if he's supported by Ashiok and/or Jace.

How to Play

Mill only at the end of your opponent's turn or as a response to removal. Tap for the last mill on your turn.

Sideboard counter spells for removal as appropriate. A Jace/Ashiok combo ultimate is nice if you can get it, of course, milling 20 and wiping their hand, but their other abilities are pretty useful too.

Dimir Charm gives you a few options, but the third option is the best. Use it to stack your deck favorably or stack your opponent's deck unfavorably--or possibly to remove your opponent's mana ramp/one drop/bear. You get the idea.
