I would main board the hookmasters. I don't see anything to bounce with Skyfishers other than Captain of the watch and thats a expensive bounce but a pretty awesome one if you can do it. Devout Lightcasters are a must for the sideboard. If you want this tourny qualified you will expect to see alot of jund and maybe even a few vamps. Also see Stoneforge Mystics, it allows to carry few Equips works well with the Armament Master. Granted this deck needs to win early to win at all 18 mana may lead to alot of mulligans you can't really afford.
