If you really want to screw around with rats try out thrumming stone from coldsnap. Play dark Rituals , cabal rituals or mana effects such as lotus petal or lotus bloom to pull it out and later cast rats you will have an army of them out in no time (ripple casts out a whole deck of the suckers and triggers continuously. (This combo is actually very effective.)

yes it is but then this would be just like most other relentless rat decks>.< + wrath of god / damnation and gg lol. but yeah thrumming stone works really well for this deck
I would take out Sigil of Distinction and put in Coat of Arms instead. It gives ALL of your rats +1/+1 for EACH RAT IN PLAY O_o in a tribal deck of any kind (and, since all of your creatures are rats, this counts), Coat of Arms is an awesome ace-in-the-hole
