I would consider putting a splash of green, for ramp. Stuff like summer bloom, heartbeat of spring, harrow, etc.

Limit the number of angels you have, you have way too many. Also, run white removal or your not getting anywhere. I run a GW angel deck, green for ramp. I have a combo to get Akroma out on turn 3. removal such as swords to Plowshares, path to exile, wrath of god, oblivion ring, etc. The removal is always a good idea, considering you're playing white.
