I'd replace the serum visions with pre-ordain, it gives more control of the draw, IMHO.

Have you considered captain of the watch or Ordic, master tactican? I'd run them instead of the field marshall and 1 of the adaptive automatons

I'd ditch the juggernauts and run either of the colossi, they can block, are beefy and in the case of blightsteel, can win the game outright.

Are you planning on being an aggro deck or a control deck with this? I see both here, and aggro-control decks are less powerful.

Have you considered faith's shield? you have very few creatures, and really can't afford to lose any, faith's shield is my fav protections spell, as of now.
You also might want to consider curse of exhaustion, again, you have few creatures, so the more you can slow your opponent down the better.
Herald of war could help you accelerate into your high cost angels, a la archangel.
I'd also ditch the righteous blows and run riot control, it'd fit the angel theme better, and work better, IMHO.

Very nice. very nice indeed. It reminds me of my old grixis deck, pure control. You're missing my favorite grixis card, albeit non T2, Cruel ultimatum. That card is amazing. 90% of games it was cast in during tourny play resulted in a win for the castor, and those odds stack.

Actually this is an instant win with Painter's Servant + Millstone. You don't need the infinite turns, as that is an insta-kill on its own. The infinite turns is just a bonus

Perchance you've considered doubling season?

I agree, no theme here. at least not one I can see, barring a double black lotus into a creature, but that's not a valid strategy, IMHO, luck is not a good way to play.

That is unless you're playing a coinflip deck.

Ditch the Hover Barriers as they don't fit the theme, you also don't need the evolving wilds as you only have 2 types of lands. The reliquary tower is also superflous, as with this curve, and the lack of draw, you won't have the tower often enough to justify the tower.

You should also sideboard the nat, as a singleton is not enough to justify mainboarding it in this deck

I'm also trying to keep it budget, and the ally sub theme is cheaper, however, I've been proxying, and the results, IMHO, show that the two are more or less equal, at least in my play group.

The allies are just a subtheme. This is a white weenie deck. The purpose is just to swarm my opponent with cheap soldiers. Every single card in this deck produces cheap white, vanilla creatures. That is why it's a weenie deck
