I like it, but perhaps you should consider Felidar Sovereign as an alt win con.
the point is spending life, I should never hit 40 life. Anyway, any suggestions?

Faithmender would help you gain life faster
Yawgmoth's Bargain is one hell of a card. You may not want in this deck since no search cards since your only allowed one but this is one of the most broke cards in magic and it fits this deck well.
Necropotents is allowed? If so I like it better than bargain.
Which legality are you trying 2 reach ? Yawgmoth's Bargain is only legal in vintage with 1 in your deck and Necropotents is the same way limited in vintage so only one and ban in rest. So maybe one of each and at least two search cards.

I don't care about legality, no one in my play group does, we just play anything that intrests us, a la spend life.
Playing some of the limited cards with more then 1 in your deck n they will start lol. That is how we started to play vintage rules at least :). not my fault shifty eyes.
they won't care. we have a guy that plays a tinker deck, a caw blade deck, a mox deck, and a egg deck,
how about that card that gives all your creature extort. that could be fun =DThen some cards where each opponent loses life and you gain that much life.
