Actually, he has two decks that have been legitimately on the front page. Because people LIKE them. Which brings me to this: This isn't a top rated deck. If you're just about the only person commenting (percentage wise) it isn't the top rated deck. It's the top boosted deck.

I don't think there are enough creatures. I tried sample hand 5 times before I got a creature in the hand.
If you use Pili-Pala, you can get infinite mana. You could also use Merrow Grimeblotter to prevent damage.
Holy Dang! This is awesome! Not to mention the fact that it only costs about $25 without the Glacial Fortresses. I want to make this deck.
turn 1: play land turn 2: play land and creature turn 3 play land and 3 pump spells
You should try making this deck U/G For extra mana ramp. Plus, you can use Simic Sky Swallower, and Grozoth.
