I know that, if you look at spawnsire's ability he can bring any number of edrazi from outside the game. There is actually no sideboard. those cards are to just show that you need the for the deck to win.
lol 198 eldrazi spells...btw if 99 emrakul is cast does that means you get 99 extra turn? and i don't see the need of 99 kozilek because it will trigger the draw 4 cards abilities before any legend rules put them into the graveyard (i think) and you will lose because you will not be able to draw the cards because you ran out of your library (99x4= 396)....and really, 15 eldrazi spells is enough to win you the game. According to what i heard, any cards that says 'cards you own from outside the game' refers to your sideboard or any card exiled during gameplay (for sanction tournament in my place) Btw, I lol-ed nice deck!
I fixed it too have only emrakul so I will have no problem will milling myself
