May I suggest Steady Progress? With multiple Pyromancer Ascensions, the proliferation and the boosted card draw is pretty amazing.

Also, cards like Call To Mind and Time Reversal really make virtually any UR spell based deck shine. If you already have an ascension online, you get double the spells back with Call To Mind.
came home and made this deck after being really sleepy, totally meant to have call to mind in this deck. time reversal? what about molten psyche? even though the metalcraft is useless, the card itself is kinda like time reversal. steady progress if actually a really nice idea.
Time reversal is great but i think you need more mill.

i haven't ran it against any top tier decks yet but it seems pretty solid. i think the only thing i might change about it would be to throw in some chump blockers into my sideboard, hedron crab would be pretty sweet. archive trap is such an awesome card, especially when you're playing against someone with fetch lands. if pyromancer ascension is up, i can mill them for 26 cards for 0!
