I would add honor of the pure instead of glorious anthem, because it's cheaper and you're playing mono white. Also, swords to plowshares maybe, to get rid of tricky creatures. Also, elite vanguard is a one white costing 2/1 soldier

I would say if you're running red/green, "Jiwari, Earth Aflame" would be good for a vigor deck, idk where you would put it though, this setup seems pretty solid.
