I wouldnt play browbeat in burn. I would also drop the needle drops

looks good, i would add fetchlands because you can shuffle the cards you put back with brainstorm away. Maybe add daze as another "free" counterspell

this is not beatdown poison. It wins in one strike with a poison creature boosted by blazing shoal. Its more of a combo deck.

looks really good. Have you considered lava spike, hellspark elemental or keldon marauder?

watseland+crucible will kill you, but this deck seems too fast to have that as a concern. I would drop the mana cylix for some more lotus petals

I assume that this isnt compettetive legacy, so diabolic tutor will do fine.

I would cut it down to 60 cards especially because you dont have any tutors or card filtering

I would add explore if I were to make suggestions. It ramps you and draws you a card and if you topdeck it, it cycles for 1G

If you want a competetive legacy deck then cut the chrome moxen, the ideas unbound, the timestops and the bribery's. No control deck play those in legacy. Add some 1cmc removal like fx swords to plowshares.

because its pretty powerful in a two, three or more colored deck, so that makes good sense.
