Deck Description

Bronzebeak Moa and Champion of Lambholdt backed up with tokens and populate are the main force in this deck. You really don't have that much of defense strenght, so it is best to leave defense for the tokens and keep bashing with all other. Try to protect Champion of Lambholdts and/or Trostani or other populate sources for making those Moas really fearsome birdies.

How to Play

Deck emphatizes heavily on token generation during your turn before you laundh the attack. It does not matter if those tokens cannot participate in attack, since you need some defense anyway. Populate is just backup to make sure you land atleast one trigger of creature entering the battlefield each turn. There is only two enchantments in the deck, but both are very good so do not hesitate to use enlightened tutor for searchig the wanted enchantment.

Try to keep Champion of Lamholdt, Trostani and Guildmage safe, as those are needed to eventually make your creatures unblockable and land more Bronzebeak Moa effects. Evangel of Heliod is nice as it lands many triggers for Moas or other with a single cast. The mana cost is heavy, but at the time you can cast this fellow, you will easily have devotion to white something like 4 which ends up to +12/+12 to Moa's until end of turn.

Deck discussion for Bronzebeak Selesnya

Cards like Brimaz, King of Oreskos would work well with both Champion of Lambholt and Bronzebeak Moa as it pops out a token every time it attacks. And talking about cards that trigger them during combat, Sprout Swarm is worth considering. Because of convoke, you can tap any creature with vigilance or summoning sickness to cast it in the middle of combat (or any time), while keeping your mana open for other important cards.

Brimaz is used in another deck at the moment, but a good idea to add that also. One other additional nice card is Hero of the Bladehold as it triggers tokens when attacking. Sprout Swarm is something I unfortunaltey do not own (yet) but that really is something to consider about. With convoke you can easily use it's buyback and it's available to give additional trigger of Moa's effect. This deck still needs some optimizing. Thanks for good tips :)
