A red green dino deck using enrage, with a bit of added firepower in Carnage Tyrant and Ghalta. Ideal win condition is to cast Forerunner of the Empire followed by Polyraptor, use Forerunner's ability to its full extent creating 8 Polyraptors, which thanks to Regisaur Alpha will hopefully come out with haste. Dual shot isn't particularly powerful against the opponents creatures, but hitting your own Enrage dino's with it can be pretty good.And Rekindling Phoenix... because Rekindling Phoenix.
The first few turns are a mixture of land acceleration and hopefully wishes, but after that you should be able to get a few big dino's out. Get the human's out as early as you can to make your dinosaurs cheaper and start using enrage as soon as they appear.
