Birthing pod it's just awesome, but I will not play creature like Inferno Titan, Wurmcoil engine it's pretty all you need to reach the hulk, and once you reach it and sac to a viscera seer maybe, you've the game.Instead of the titan I would play something more control like Yosei, the Morning Star.Also the deck miss a reveillark and maybe also a Ranger of Eos.Other good cards are Harmonic Sliver, Spellskite (redirect some hate) and Phyrexian Metamorph, that's maybe the most complicated to understand, but you could make him Persistent and then when come in play then make him into a Harmonic Sliver with Persistent, pretty strange but fucki*g usefull, cause with viscera and melira, well you will just kill all enchantment and/or artifacts xD
