Based around Coretapper, Enduring Renewal and Urza's Incubator. You have Coretapper in play along with other various artifacts that get better with more charge counters on them like Arcbound Crusher or Clearwater Goblet and then you cast Enduring Renewal. The cycle is that you sacrifice Coretapper to put two charge counters on whatever you want that is powered by charge counters. Every time an artifact comes into play the Arcbound Crusher gets a +1/+1 counter on it. Do this as many times as you want because Enduring Renewal lets you bring Coretapper back for free and Urza's Incubator lets you cast if for free and sacking it is for free. Nice loop to make all your Charge counter artifacts way cool.
