Why soul burn over consume spirit? I think soul burn is only more usable in a red/black deck, which this is not. Mono-black likes consume spirit and like spells.

Shah of Naar Isle likes think-skinned goblin quite a bit.

I'm pretty sure you're not the only WU deck on this site.

In terms of nullifying mesmeric orb, I had good luck with Junktroller in my old mill deck. So even if you have no cards left, you can just tap him to put something relevant on the bottom. Other times, he's just a fat blocker.

How often do you expect to cast Dragonstorm for more than one dragon? If you aren't getting at least two dragons off of it, it's just a really expensive tutor. If this is the case, then I might add some silver-bullet type dragons. A Bogardan Hellkite in case you need mass pinpoint damage, Thunder Dragon to blow up the board, etc.

You also might consider a full set of Izzet Signets/Coalition Relic to help power out your fliers a bit faster.

Why do you need Berserk? It's already a 20/20 with evasion.

I'd add a couple copies of Life From The Loam to get back Dark Depths if Marit Lage gets bounced into oblivion.

Well, I'd say remove two swamps, a mountain, and maybe Night Dealings (which seems like a kind of Win-More card to me), to add 2 copies of Carnarium, and a couple Molten Slagheaps. I forgot to mention storage lands, but they're awesome as well.

Well, first off, sideboard needs a single extra card to be normal.

While the reanimation angle is great, you're probably going to want to hardcast some of those fat flappers. And as such, you're gonna want to run a bit more than 21 land (if I counted right). I'd bump it up to 22 at least (some of which can be Rakdos Carnariums, which are good for decks that need lots of mana) and add some Rakdos Signets for fixing and acceleration.

Anger is good, but I don't think Brawn is needed. The majority of your beaters already have trample (your 8 madness wurms). Brute force seems weak in this deck. One option would be to run Sylvan Might, which can give pinpoint trample, as well as serve as a multiple use pump spell. Kill two birds with one stone and open up some card slots.

With those card slots open, you can run a few copies of Jaya and replace Kris Mage with Llanowar Mentor.

An Urborg for extra swampy goodness?

I don't really see why you need to run the Urzatron. Your namesake card is only 3 colorless mana. Also, I know it kinda kills the fun of a Coalition deck, but the rav duals will help you reach the requirements earlier by counting for two lands. If you only run the X/green duals, then you're guaranteed to have green mana no matter what lands you draw. I'd also increase the amount of blue a little so you can use the Academy Ruins (which should be lowered a bit, maybe to three)

Avatar of Discord is bad. I know, I know. You want to discard some stuff. The problem is that you'll want to cast the Avatar as soon as possible, meaning turn three, when you have no extra mana open for paying madness costs. I'd swap it out for Tresspasser il-Vec, he lets you discard any time, at no cost.

If possible, cut the two blaze for two more demonfire. It's just better.

Two problems with Shadow Lance. 1) I had to check to see what the thing did, and it's from a recent set. 2) It gives you card disadvantage when you damn the board.

Plague boiler is better in a BG deck (and not even all that good there). You should probably run Damnation instead.

Terramorphic Expanse serves double duty here. It thins your deck so you find more business spells, and it gives your Kudzu two +1/+1 counters.

Having three Urborg seems like a bad idea. I know you want one in play to enable a lethal Consume Spirit, but with three you're very likely to have one dead in your hand. Maybe you can run one, and some other utility lands and run Life from the Loam for another dredge card for the seer to grab.

Fair enough. As long as you have reasons for it all. Then go forth and draw cards.

4 arena and 2 Harmonize seems a bit much. Especially in addition to the Magus. I would personally drop the Harmonize.

I'd switch out Search for Tomorrow for Farseek. Duals and all.

Maybe you could run a few Birds of Paradise so you can play Mire Boa on turn two and have a mana open to regen it. It'd also let you play the blue kicker of Ana Battlemage.

I really like your use of Rolling Horror.
