Its a nice Milling deck it work pretty well. Is there an enchantement or artifact that counter the effect of Mesmeric Orb on me ? I want some advise about my deck: what to keep and what to change ?

For 4 mana a turn you could nullify Mesmeric Orb Put a Boomerang on an Isochron Scepter and Boomerang the Orb end of opponents turn and recast last thing during your second main phase.

Rather, this isn't so much a discard deck as it is a Mill (or milling) deck.
I'm pretty sure you're not the only WU deck on this site. In terms of nullifying mesmeric orb, I had good luck with Junktroller in my old mill deck. So even if you have no cards left, you can just tap him to put something relevant on the bottom. Other times, he's just a fat blocker.
