the reason a lot of people generally dislike mill is because mill is weak in comparison to normal decks, partially due to when you run mill, you are also increasing your opponents life total by 40 extra points. This means that when you play tome scour, you are dealing the opponent around 1.7 damage, and hedron crab has landfall: target player loses 1 life, and you can tap cathartic to deal 0.33 damage. The only mill deck that stands the slightest chance against me is the zombie mill deck using that skaab from innistrad. It only beat me once, and that when I was playing a ninja deck, and god severely mana flooded.

I love weenies too. Unfortunately most of the best weenies are 5-10$, and I had 40$ to spend on the creation of this deck, so I took it to the skies and it was probably better this way. The only weakness for the birds is delver control and fools who main deck cards like gravity well(true story!)

yeah, so, unless you pull up entreat the angels, you really won't survive very long... Miracle isn't a very good thing to rely on, and is definitely not a good idea to build a deck around.

I would suggest replacing the figments and infiltrators with stalkers and augury owls. Really helps to see what your gonna pull up next, especially in a ninja deck. Also, I think 18 lands isn't enough. My white weenie deck has a MUCH better mana curve and works well with 20. I don't see the point in negates and I think you should replace those with lands. You don't need four copies of Ronin warclub, BELIEVE ME. Finally, black is the best color for ninjas. alright, just so you guys know, sword of war and peace is much, much better than sword of body and mind. the 2/2 wolf token is nice, but the second ability is useless, especially for this type of deck. Best to keep one or two in the sideboard, though.(which is what he did)

oblivion ring is one damn dollar, and I will not stand for that! also, I get that they are allies, but I say meh on the shieldmate idea.
counters are the very definition of control, derp. So is bounce, but I'm too lazy to add in vapor snags.
