Since Theros block hit I haven't seen Izzet control much. Just trying to find a way to bring it back.
Use creatures like Spellheart Chimer and Nightveil Specter to hit your opponent in the air for serious damage and wittle away at their library. Counter their game changers and clear the board with your instances and sorcery's while using your Steam Augury and Jace to get the spells that you need. Hammer to hit them early. Bident for draw power. Ral Zerek to take more turns.
