Card database out of date

I understand WOTC is putting out sets very quickly now, but we are still waiting on a number of sets to be added, from Secret Lair TWD, D&D Commander decks, Midnight Hunt Commander decks and with Crimson Vow right around the corner, I fear that will be some time before we get that too as sets normally don't get out on their release and alternate printings for most sets seem to be missing too.

Is there something we can do? Is there only 1 person trying to do everything? is there a Patron or something?
