That's because he's from the Commander set, and none of the recent commander cards have been added. A sore point for a lot of us!

also all these cards:
Radiant Solar doesn't exist in the MTG Vault database.
Lunarch Veteran doesn't exist in the MTG Vault database.
Kazuul's Fury doesn't exist in the MTG Vault database.
Imposing Grandeur doesn't exist in the MTG Vault database.
