Here it is.
Make a deck that meets these requirements:
1 - is standard
2 - has only 15 land
3 - has no myr
4 - nothing can cost more than 2 mana, that means that spells, creatures, tap abilities, level ups, and the like. everything must be 0, 1, or 2 mana.
5 - special lands CAN be used, and it is suggested. :)
6 - no side board
7 - MUST - and this is what makes this challenge so hard - be 2 colored, and have at least 5 basic land for each color used.
8 - have fun!

I made the rules for this challenge, starting with only have 15 land and being standard. Then I realized myrs could cut your way out of this, and that there are easy ways with like elves to get around low levels of mana. so I made rules 3 and 4. I then just wanted to make it really hard so i made rules 6 and 7. rule 5 is just so that if you run a 2 colored deck, you can still have different types of land, and to encourage artifact decks - standard lands like quicksand are nice for that.
I had a hard time myself coming up with anything I could possibly do in a deck like this, other than infect. Regardless, good luck!
