make your opponent discard so he can't do anything to harm you and so that he loses life for each card lost. Didn't make it to follow any particular format, but a few substitutions and it should be standard legal

well here is my attempt. Even though Ball Lightning is a creature, you do have to sacrifice him at the end of your turn so he really is a 1 hit wonder.

Yeah...I have the same issue...My creatureless deck is probably too costly. :(

A VERY simple Zendikon deck.

I love building decks without creature spells and here is my favorite one that I play and it runs pretty well. While I didn't spend much on it since I already owned/traded for most of the cards, this deck would probably approach the ~80-90 dollar range. Still, I really like this deck and maybe someone could tweak it and customize it to themselves.

A classic deck. This is another creatureless deck I run, but it can easily stand to be improved. This should be cost friendly (I owned most of the cards already), but if not just switch out banefire with blaze or something.
