Deck Challenge: Best Type 2 Budget

The challenge is to make the best possible deck under $30 that's made strictly with Type 2 cards. The deck I've posted below I made for about $14 and it works incredibly well for how cheap it is. I've also seen Pyromancer Ascension decks that are tournament worthy that are about this cost. So go ahead and see what you can come up with. Budgets are always fun. :-)

Nice man. I'm pretty glad they brought back the whole poison counter concept and can't wait to see how Mirrodin Besieged will add to that.

Heres mine the only expensive card is basilisk collar and the rootbound crags but the rootbound crags are easily replaceable with Terrimorphic expanses
