Deck Challenge: Blue EDH

i'm looking for ideas for a mono-Blue EDH deck with Lorthos, THe Tidemaker as the general...i can't wait to see what you all have to offer. If i can make on, i will post it...

way to pick a really bad general. I will try and make a deck but it might be too hard
