there's only a few thing's that i'd say.

firstly, you're missing blade of the bloodchief, and the vamps to go with him. ;) losing that much life for demon at deaths gate will mean you'll be low on life often, so having blade of the bloodchief along with life-link vamps (in t2 right now there is vamp nighthawk and child of night)
secondly, with all the cards you'll be going through constantly, you'll need draw, so if you use sign in blood, with the life link i mentioned above, you'll have so much draw you won't know what to do with it. xD
thirdly, idk the name of the card off the top of my head, but, again, if you use the life link, then at the beginning of your upkeep, you reveal top card of library and put it in your hand, and lose life equal to it's converted mana cost, so you get 2 draws in one turn anyways. evne more draw! haha

and, if you're using sacrifice often, then you'll need to have lots of cards to play and keep sacing them. so draw is nice.

also, don't judge my crappy deck so harshly, it was the first deck i ever built without anyone's help at all, and it definatly needs to be updated. xD

actually, i might do that soon-ish. like right now. xD ha

I would run more lands, having at least 20 means you Gatekeepers actually do something (since I don't think you're going to try hardcasting the demon anytime soon).

Loki's right, playing a deck that's "sub-20" (a phrase my buddies and I sometimes use) requires a very unique fine-tuning. You have to KNOW that you can go sub-20, otherwise you're just screwing yourself.

Also, not sure if you have it in the deck or not (apologies...I'll look at it more closely when I have more free time), but Bloodghast is almost a MUST for an aggro sacrifice deck.

<3 Bloodghast :D
